Weight Limit Apply If your bin exceeds 150kg per cubic meter suppliers will charge you addition tipping fee per kilo.
- Asbestos materials i.e. fibro sheeting
- Asbestos contaminated waste
- All skip bins hired for asbestos removal must be lined withdouble PVC orange or black builder’s plastic that can be purchased from any hardware store (200 micron or greater). The bin is to be lined with enough over hang to completely enclose the asbestos within the confines of the plastic & then sealed with industry tape for safe transport to an asbestos approved waste facility. The skip bin suppliers will always check to see if this has been done correctly before transport.
- WA requires that all asbestos be wrapped in individual parcels of 10 pieces in each and that you purchase a sticker for each parcel at a cost of $3.50each to seal the parcel. Parcel need to be placed inside the lined bin – Stickers can be purchased from the skip bin provider.
